He isnt going to be as good of a runner making those highlight plays although he is very fast... but he is a much more polished passer and that will help him a lot. Ok but add that in that Marcus is just as fast or at least close to it as Michael Vick than you have a dangerous combo since unlike his brother he can pass the ball. Granted, I haven't watched many VT games, but looking at the stats, he doesn't look like a scrambler. In his 184 scrambles through his college career, he only has 482 yards (2.62 YPA).
