Soxfest raised over $200k for charity

nice, I can happily announce that I contributed to that figure by purchasing a Ron Kittle "Tales for the Clubhouse" book and an awesome Albert Belle 8x10 auto'd mug shot from the garage sale. At $2.00, I'm surprised sucha deal still existed on Sunday afternoon. My fridge has never been guarded so closely.

I went nuts in the garage sale.

Bottle used in American League Championship Celebration

2 mystery bags with Hernandez autographed picture, Joe Crede autographed baseball, and other neat stuff.

Total = $375.00

I was very happy with my purchase and I love that all the money went to a good thing. Thank You White Sox!

Whoa, that's pretty sweet that they were selling bottles used in the locker room celebrations.

Damn, i want a bottle.......

Thats awesome. Stories like this are one of the things that makes me even prouder to be a Sox fan. Obviously we are coming off the greatest season in franchise history (at least that any of us can remember), but the stuff the Sox do for the community is above and beyond what any other organization I've lived near or followed has done.

Its really great how JR and the rest of the ownership, the players, and everyone else try there best to do the little things. I'm glad some of my money went towards this good cause.

Add that to the Trophy tour and its been a wonderful windfall for the charities
