I understand where you guys are coming from, but what does it say about us that we can find anything funny about oppressive poverty?

I didn't know whether I should laugh or feel really bad, so I did both.

Ask a lot of these Dominican or Venezuelan ball players what kind of equipment they used to play ball with as kids. I bet it was things like a stick, a ragged rubber ball, shoes two sizes too small.. etc.
