Makes it sound like they own his soul now...

i think ive seen the replay of it enough on tv

How many kids end their Varisty High School careers averaging 20 points per game?

Heck, 20 points per quarter. :)

I still think it's a neat story.

I'm not embarrassed to say it brought tears to my eyes.

The coach should be fired for not playing him sooner . . .

lol remember the NBA's old stats per 48 minutes. Well if this guy played about 6 minutes in the game or so when there are 32 minutes in a high school game. 32/6 = 5.33 so it would be 20 points x 5.33 = 106.67 points per 32 minutes. Way to go J-Mac!

I was goina say... do they get to sleep with his girlfriend too?

How good can this movie be? Like that story was remarkable, but it's not like it had an effect on the season, or that he eventually became a star player. Great story, probably will be a terrible movie.

Yeah I see no point in seeing the movie to be honest. I know what happens and it'd be impossible to make this better than the real deal. Maybe they'll make it a close game at the end and he hits the winning 3 pointer or something.

But then that wouldn't be factually correct and it would take away from what really happened.

Nice avatar    When I looked at the sex offender list for my neighborhood, there were more than a couple old guys that looked like that, pretty sick

Yeah, it was a good story, but a movie?

they acquired the rights... but this will never be a major motion picture. at most it will be a usa movie or something.

Why pay $8.50 to see the movie about a guy who jacks up shots and doesn't pass when you can watch Kobe Bryant do it on free tv? :)
