In the rush to sexism and accusations of Losery, I think you've all missed the most important news found in this thread: our centerfield problem is OVA!

Garland for Centerfield: He homered once. How can we lose?!

here is a small sample size of what i know about the opposite sex

they have vaginas between their legs ('cept your mom)

they suck at driving

they know nothing about baseball

they make less money than men

they have too many pairs of shoes

they are b****es

they can sense when a man is being insecure, and they done find it attractive

they know when a man is kissing up to them, and they dont find it attractive

using "Hey i like that shirt, it hides your belly really well" as a pick-up line works like a charm.

i can go on, but i figure if i leave you with a sample size larger than jon garland's pitching stats in the 9th inning of a start in 2006 you can get some sort of an idea of my knowledge of women

The White Sox mailbag is out-of-control. Every week, we are seeing more and more terrible/ridiculous/unnecessary questions. It has to stop.

heres the all-time high point from this week...

With Garland's ability to handle the bat, both on bunts and hitting the long ball, and the fact that he's a good athlete, is there any chance Ozzie could use him in center field if Brian Anderson continues to struggle? If Garland played every day, could he hit 20 home runs? Just wondering. I'm serious, sort of.

This was a very DUMB question. But the more I think about it, the writer may be trying to "stir the pot" so to speak with whoever answers the letters, not sure why, Im sure there are other questions she couldve asked. Maybe she got into a disagreement with the mailbag person previously? Very unusual question .

I'm sorry for me also. All these men asking me questions about baseball all the time... it's exhausting. ;)
