what is your definition of an athlete? Let alone best athlete on A major league ball club? I respect a guy who can backflip, but , I don't think you put much thought into the question.

Bobby Jenks for his 100 mph fast ball and 583 reps in the 12 oz curl.

 

He woulda done more, but he fell off the chair.
