Would Thome have been safe at home?

Joey Cora stopped him, I think that's all you need to know.

I love Mark Buehrle.

Nice pick by Thome there. Lets keep the hits coming on offense.

Lead off double for Scott, nice!

Holy s***, Roger Clemens is pitching in the fifth inning, with one out, and he's only thrown forty total pitches.

Yuck....time for Pods to steal 3rd now.

Great. We can't catch a break with the Tigers.

EDIT: I read that wrong. I had a long night. Need sleep. Disregard my posts today. :P

2-1 count on thome, now go scott

Interesting that Pods is running on the 3-2 pitch. Not exactly sure it's a good thing in that situation.

Nice ab Jimmy.

We are really killing ourselves on the bases.

Wow....that's bad. Terrible base running tonight. He looked to be safe.

Yep...just have to help it doesn't come back to haunt us.

I don't mind that attempt, there was one out in the inning, I have no problem with trying to take third there.

We should be up 7-0 with all the hits we've had already. All it takes is a walk, a hit and a HR and we're tied. And that could happen in a hurry.

Yep, he's one of the best in baseball at it. However, he needs to get a bigger lead than what he had if he wants to be successful.

number one things that i find my fellow sox fans to be most delusional about: the skills of Scott Podsednik.

Trust me, you're preaching to the choir with me. However, probably his greatest skill is his ability to steal 3rd.

I'm getting mad that we're only up 3-0 for now.

Well....we've allowed Snell and the Pirates to have a chance in this game.

Double, single and a walk. Zero runs.

Anyone else hear AJ curse after he reached first?

LOL, number one thing I find my fellow sox fans to be most delusional about: thinking that the majority of their fellow sox fans think Scott Podsednik is a great player.

The great Anthony Reyes gave up 2 runs to the first 2 batters he faced tonight. I guess you can postpone his HOF induction.

He was running quite slow to 1st base...are you sure he reached it? :P
