YouTube... no audio

Featured Replies

As fo about 4 days ago, YouTube stopped playing audio when i use my Mac. THe same video on PC and it works just fine.

Any other Mac users have this problem?

Turn up the volume.

No seriously. Turn up the volume on the youtube controls provided at the bottom of each video. Your settings are saved. You probably turned one down, and either didn't notice it, or forgot.

I asked some people on a Mac message board what the problem might be, they said to open and close GarageBand...apperently it resets CoreAudio. I'll be damned... it worked! lol

i have had no problem with youtube. But when I watch windows media on my mac it plays half way and just stops.

Anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this??

To each to their own I guess. Can't say I know many people who really use a Mac though.

i don't really understand why this would be a fault. I know a lot of people who own a dell...and they are garbage that crash on them constantly.

Tiger OSX is just brilliant.
