Detroit vs Minnesota series

Featured Replies

Who would you rather have win the series? Tigers sweep, Twins sweep, Tigers 2-1, Twins 2-1.

Based off the pitching matchups, it looks like the Twins will take 2 of 3. The Tigers get Santana and Liriano, and the Twins miss out on Verlander.

Tigers sweep, please

Go Tigers!

I'm not going to worry about it. Whatever happens, happens. I'm worried about the Sox and they need to take care of business before they rely on other teams to help them.

Don't really care...I care more about what the Sox do cause this is all meaningless if we can't take care of business. If the Sox can get back to playing good baseball, everything will work itself out, imo.

I think the avatar says it all...if we do what we've gotta do, then we'll be fine

I want a Tigers' sweep right now. We can't really about them too much right now with the lead they have and the way we are playing, while the Twins are right there with us in the standings. Hopefully it'll also cool off the Twins a bit.

I think one of the teams will win the series by having more victories in the series that the other team. I also think that the team that win each game will score more runs than the other team.

Dan Fouts?

Magglio doubles in two in the first against Liriano.

Edit: Home plate umpire is incredibly bad, giving Liriano some very strange strike calls...

Tigers win 3-2 in the 10th.

Tigers win 3-2 in the 10th.

Good.

If I could root for anything in this series it would be for the two teams to completely beat each other up, go into each teams pen early and often and really have both left realing following the series.

I really don't care what the results are, but I think I already said that once. I care most about the Sox taking care of business and if we don't I'll be rooting for the Twins and Tigers to do there business in the playoffs (unless the Angels are in it).
