Looking like he should be, he doesn't fit this role, he's a starter with a lot of value, and we have 5 consistantly available starters. BMac hasn't done anything huge worth noting for us in this role. I understand the idea of holding onto him for the future, but I think we've seen that this team wants/needs to win right now.

We have 5 expensive starters with 1 of them coming off the books after next year. But if you want to see the next Felix Diaz come up, please be my guest lets deal him.

Time to pull McCarthy. He's been given the chance to work out of his jam, and he hasn't been able to.

Bases jacked, pull him, Ozzie, you dumbf***.

Fould off the out pitches there-gotta get this one-BEAR DOWN BRANDON

Well he's a reliever, he better get used to coming into bad situations. He's the long man. But I feel he is miscast in that role. He belongs in AAA, starting.

but its annoying when EVERY TIME a reliever comes in it's in a bad situation

Three cheers for Brandon McCarthy this inning eh? Two walks.

This is why they are looking for another pitcher. I don't blame this all on McCarthy, not at all, they need a guy who can eat innings and they will especially need one here down the stretch.

Yes, he should have never allowed Garland to start this inning. I don't know anyone who thought Garland should have started this inning.

now that I 100% agree with

Wait Neil is just starting to get loose.

What the hell.

But 3 aren't any good right now.

Keep it down

Holy cow, that was close.

throw strikes

No problem-BA makes it look easy

God I thought that was gone.

Please go fishing Bmac

and that is the greatness of Anderson

how the fish did we have no one warming up in the bullpen?

Once again Ozzie doesn't know when to pull his fishing pitchers.

BMac just about gave me a friggin heart attack there...

That was a little close

That's one of the major parts being a reliever. Stop defending BMAC. He f***ed the team up today!

A few feet from disaster.

Get McDougal up for the next inning. Then Thornton and then Jenks.

Bmac messed up, and if he is out there in the next inning then Ozzie needs a brain transplant.

Another fat pitch, nice jump by Anderson.

Into the 7th, 11-8 Sox.

I'm very grateful to still have a 3 run lead after that inning.

thank god.

well, it's a game again.

i leave for 20 minutes to tie a mattress on a car and what the hell

With our starters pitching so short, don't be surprised if Kennybrings in a Scott Linebrink-type to bridge the gaps.
