Gload is such a good pure hitter. He goes with the pitch and the SS makes a great play but can't throw him out (SS did possibly save a run, doubt it considering it was PK running) and he gets an RBI single.

Crede breaks his bat and hits into an inning ending double play. However, the Sox did scratch up 3 runs thanks to two walks, a balk, an infield single, a bloop single to CF, and a broken bat single.
