This is the 4th straight start I think Freddy has kept us in the game.. so barring a meltdown next inning im happy with what Freddy did for us today.

 

me too, he really tightened up for the 5th and 6th, except for those LONG flyballs

 

They havent used Zumaya or Jones yet and Rodney and Walker didnt work much...their pen hasnt been used too much so far

 

well, including who they use for the remainder of the 3.2 innings plus the Verlander game, i think it was decent. Obviously yesterday didn't use em much.

I think it makes sense...probably most likely to need a reliever to pitch to Polonco, IRoid and Ordonez this inning. Granderson's due 2nd, he's the only lefty before Guillen, and even if Inge gets on, Ozzie might stick with Freddy for 1 more batter.

Freddy's still in. I'm not a big fan of waiting for trouble to happen.

If Ozzie has MacDougal up, he's better off just using him to start the inning.
