Ozzie puts Freddy's record in front of the team's, then brings in Cotts based on what Neal did in 2005, evidently not considering what he has done the last month or so. It is so ridiculous its sickening. Ozzie Guillen=Mike Ditka.

I kinda hope we don't make the playoffs for a couple of reasons. This team doesn't deserve to make it to the playoffs. And if we do make the playoffs, it will give this organization an excuse not to make any major changes. I never thought I'd say it, but I wouldn't mind not having Thome on the team next year, and having more of a speed and contact oriented team. But that's not gonna happen.

i agree. pk, thome, aj, crede, there way too slow. this team doesnt need to be changes. i want pods, uribe, garcia and vazquez gone. but guess what, its not gunna happen.

Putting Marte on the playoff roster instead of McCarthy was moronic.

 

Ozzie's use of Marte last year was horrendous. He regularly used Marte before Cotts, even though Cotts was one of the best lefty relievers in the game last year.

 

 

Maybe Cotts numbers were better because he was put in better situations.

BTW, another 5 run performance by Garcia. That's becoming as predictable as Vazquez's breakdowns.

Sadly, this piece of crap team, led by an idiot manager, will have one of the five or six best all-time Sox records. You know, just sayin'
