Tucson Electric Park to get makeover

Featured Replies

Tucson Electric Park home of the Sox's spring training is getting a field upgrade along with upgrades and new paint to the seats and concourse to make it more presentable.

Wow, its already one of my favorite spring training facilities (aside from the drive since I stay in the Mesa area during ST). I'm hoping I'll be able to see it again this year, the only question is how bad busy season will be.

I'd wish they would upgrade the city of Tucson to make it more presentable.

This is only being done becasue the Sidewinder owner is doing it with his own money, Pima county will do nothing to improve the town.

I don't think the Sox will be there past this spring so get out there this year if you can.
