Lets see what Prancer does tonight. He already has his first inning K.

I like that someone actually started a thread the other day saying how we will do really well against Boston, based on the pitching matchups. Since when did we start beating up on bad pitchers?

Pods tippy toe s***e is really starting to piss me off. fakking run.b

greg walker would probably be the first hitting coach ever to be fired after the team lead the league in AVG HR...and they even have a chance to lead in runs

Von Joshua got fired mid-year 2001 after the Sox lead the league in runs in 2000. What have you done for me lately... this offense is middle of the pack 2nd half in large part due their horrible offensive approach.

4 K's and a pop out is my guess. 3 more weeks until he is finally not an option.

At what time will Ozzie panic about our horses*** offense?

just another day at the office for Pods, nice little helmet flip a**hole

Freddy Krueger looks like Cy Young against our terrible offense these days.

Tavarez is breezing through this line-up. This is unreal

Not if you've watched us the last month and a half.

Uribe pretty much is worthless at the plate. He has been in the league long enough, has talent, yet has no discipline.

I'm surprised Ozzie played him against a pitcher who throws a ton of sliders.

It's too bad that him and Tavarez didn't collide running down the first base line. We need to get Tavarez out of this game.

October during the organizational meetings when he can blame everyone but himself. Gload can handle LF here as there is no room. Why he is not out there is a mystery.

Yeah, especially coming off a split against Tampa and KC. Never assume anything with this team.

Heaven forbid Ozzie make a change. The great motivator can't make it look like he's in a panic. I also find it funny that Hawk always says the dumbest thing you can do is play on the warning track in LF at Fenway. Guess where Pods is playing tonight?

Edited by fathom

sadly, that is true.

Garland's looking pretty strong but already at 50 pitches or so. These bastards have a way of working the count.

Too bad they don't take the AJP/Uribe approach.

12-1 3.01 ERA coming into this game in his last 14 starts or something teh red sox announcers just said....wed be at least 5 back if not for him

Or at least the Pods "I'll strike looking but see a couple of pitches before that" approach.

s***ty call right there. Looked inside.

Cy Freddy Kruger owning our lineup. I wonder if this douche will wind up with 10 ks on our lineup.

DJ just said Tavarez isn't the type of pitcher who generally puts you away in 3 pitches... that's true, he's a pitcher who doesn't generally put you away

This offense is a joke right now.
