Farmer and Singleton mentioned that Anderson misplayed Michaels single in the first inning. Could he have had that blooper?

The only way I can see that is if he was playing too far back from th beginning. He wasn't getting to it otherwise.

Gonnie up at the plate

BTW -- Where is Josh Fields when we need a right handed 3B?? We need a chance to win these games.

Great throw by Mackowiak. Keep throwing meatballs though Buehrle. That rookie now has two, 2 out RBI against you.

Well this game is not looking too good.

This game is looking worse and worse.

That was the best throw from a left fielder all year long.

3 f***ing runs already.

Good call...this is an inexcusable lineup tonight.

Shouldn't be a surprise. The Indians have been playing so much better than the Sox recently.

Phantom tag ... huzah!

Ozzie has to have his dimunitive speed guy up at the top, ala Marlins 2003.

Sweeney was the first time we took a chance on someone else at the leadoff spot besides our LF duo.

The worst about this is the next 3 guys up for the Sox will go down in order.

At least we have Freddy going tomorrow...he matches up great vs the Indians.

buehrle looks like dog meat again

if his back is acting up he should come out - plenty of help in the pen

Timo who was slow and a terrible rotten hitter was able to leadoff for us last year.

This game is going as expected. Buehrle's getting rocked and the offense will likely have trouble scoring. All that stuff about us turning a corner yesterday was nonsense.

This team will lose the first two games, then win the second 2 and people will say they've turned a corner again.

Even though the Red Sox returned their main guys, I think it's safe to say they were quite rusty at the plate.

We are back at home. Which means our impatient homer or nothing hitters are back at the launching pad. This place doesnt preach hitting, it preaches swing for the fences.

Uribe just continues to have amazing at-bats. 23 games and counting until he's no longer with the White Sox.
