I am curious to see how the sox season ticket sales are going this year, word is there was a 97% retention rate this year. Lets see how it shakes out on sox talk.

I have my deposit down!

Yes, full season and added the empty seat next to me.

The group I was in did, but I did not.

Yes i was in 544 row 6

and added a seat for next season in 540 row 4

on the aisle.

all weekend games

I did not renew my club seats. I switched jobs and there is no way I can make it to any weekday games this year.

Yep, I re-upped. Splitting them with a buddy this year due to a baby on the way.

I'm still in for my weekend package.

my family is keeping the two seats they hold in a four seat package, so i voted yes for them. seats are 2nd row up from the bulpen sports bar, a section over from the foul pole. i think that is section 107, row 9, seats 12-16. i think thats what they are.

when do tickets go on sale? Both season and individual games?

Season tickets have a waiting list. you have to call and be placed on it... Individual game tickets don't go on sale until at least Soxfest.

I renewed mine.... unofficially though because i get about 25-30 games a year along with 1 game to every playoff series from some of the seats that some of the city gets. So if that counts yes i put my request to get my seats..... I sure hope that 97% renewal rate is true because i love the sight of having a packed house at every home game, and the games that i don';t go to wathcing on tv without an empty seat in the house makes you feel good to be a sox fan! With all the extra revenue from having packed houses we should be able to afford some higher priced free agents etc........ we haven't seen that yet but hopefully it will come soon enough LOL

Awwww... :crying

For what its worth, we were able to upgrade from 13 to 27 games

I dont have season tickets but if I did I probably wouldnt renew them this year. We almost got some last year but didnt think the locations available were worth it for the price.

My group is in for the full season package.

Really? We're still selling out season tix?

I think attendance is going to be worse than it was in 2006.

There's not much possibility it can be better. We had what, 52 sellouts?

If they are renewing 97%, that means there are only a few hundred available for the entire waiting list, plus anyone new getting in. I'd guess they're selling out the season tix again.

FWIW, we renewed our 27-game plan, after trying to go from 27 to 81 in our current location (unfortunately, someone renewed their weekend plan in our seats). Its not often you can get front row season seats (even if its just 27 games), so there is no way we are not renewing.

I renewed my partial season tickets in Lower Reserved. If I could get Club Level (even if it's full season), I'd make the jump in a heartbeat.

I have the weekends package as it now stands.

After following this thread - I e-mailed my ticket rep and asked it it is true.

According to her it is! Hence we aren't able to move up our seats.

Yes - we did renew our full season tickets!
