nice...unfortunately for me, people need money for the weekend.

I got the New Year's support this year. Shouldn't be too bad though.

Nope, one of the good things about my government job is that I get a ton of holidays! (I got election day off for!!)

I know that's not supposed to be a complicated question, but. . .

I'm taking paid time off next week from the job I thought I was getting fired from but now it turns out I'm getting promoted away from instead (go figure) – in order to catch up on the Smithsonian contract work I took on back when I thought I was getting fired but now apparently am not, and also to catch up on some contract work finishing up some museum digital interactives for a county environmental visitor center.

I'm looking at 9 more months of basically doing two full time gigs and the first 3 months has already fried me pretty good. I won't mind the extra $$ but I think it will all go for rehabilitation therapy aftter my exhaustion-induced nervous breakdown. :crying

I'll be done here in about 45 minutes. I'll be back for about a half-day on Tuesday.

I get Christmas Day and New Year's Day both off. So basically I get two 3-day weekends in a row and two 4-day work weeks in a row. If I was smart, I would've just taken Tues-Fri off next week...

I am on call all day both today and tomorrow.

Get to come in on Christmas Eve for 6 hours or so with a crew to clean.

Double on New Year's Eve -- fantastic!

Done in about 15 minutes, back on the 2nd. All company-paid days in between.

Woo-hoo!

Happy Holidays all

Nope, I just got back from San Diego (where I've been the past couple weeks) and go back to the office Tuesday and than back to SD till New Years. But than I get the week of New Years off (Cause I'm taking it off).

Saved most of my vacation and am off until January 2nd...ahhhhhhhhhh

I have to work straight through New Years weekend ... Saturday night, Sunday night, Monday night ... and that is an every year gig.

Brian actually get a 4 day weekend together. Considering what's going on at his company, I am surprised they gave them Tuesday off as well as Monday.

I'm Working Xmas Eve morning, Xmas Day night, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve morning.

I bet I get New Year's Day off though since I worked Thanksgiving.

What the heck do you guys do for a living that makes you work these crappy hours?

I'm off until the third, but it's not paid for.

11 hours yesterday, 10 today, 9 tomorrow and 9 Tuesday at 7 am.

Retail, and especially sears Blows.

To all the analysts that thought that today was going to be the busiest shopping day of the year, You were incredibly wrong.

I was off Friday and don't return until Thursday. We were suppposed to be in Philadelphia for Christmas. But a change of plans and news for the good pretty much cancelled that trip. So we'll happily spend the holidays here.

Off Christmas eve

Christmas working till noon
