If they play a big shift on Howard they may switch position and have Uribe cover more ground as the 2B. I always wondered why teams did not do this more when the overswitch type thing was in play. You probably were just watching the game via a reflection in a window or mirror.

 

Danks has seen more pitches today than AJ has for the last two weeks combined.

yea pretty nice. it would of been a long single or a double for JD, and it would of brought in 2 runs

At this point in the season, he should have left him in just to try and get the win. If the Sox were a game out and playing the Indians on the last day of the season he would've stayed with him. Why the hell not.
