SSR: Blow up the Sox

The Guys are back and this week they are absolutely positive the club should concede and start making trades. So check out the show as Gage & Scalise evaluate the guys the club could move, the ones that they should move, and the type of deals they would be fans of.

FIRST~!

Nice to hear you admit that you we're wrong, Gager. In fact we need a thread listing all the times you we're wrong. Someone get going on that...

I'm not shocked by the SCOOP~! you dropped with Anderson requesting to be dealt.

However, I think people are going to be really surprised by the lack of action this team has at the deadline. I don't foresee Kenny making a lot of deals like you guys we're discussing.

Anderson has asked to be dealt? Oh my!

Oh come on, I so called the Billingsley and Betemit deal. :P

Don't we have like a bandwidth limit or something?

Sure, let's crash the server again!

You know what's wild?

KW could make some trades that really turn us into the Royals for years to come.

Mark B is one of the best pitchers in Sox history.

He's about to be let go?

The Cardinals better give us some damn good players for him.

I mean losing Mark B and Dye will not improve this team.

Are we planning on losing 110 games????

Be careful what you wish for with trades this time of year.

Our minor leaguers haven't exactly come up and looked like studs.

I can't believe how s*** we've become since winning it all.

It's the 85 Bears revisited.

It could be a long time before we contend again.

It doesn't have to be if the Sox made good moves. Look at the Florida Marlins. Won a championship, blew up the team and in six years won another one. It can happen.

Well, the 1986-1988 Bears were a great team, just horribly managed by a circus freak coach. Ditka poorly handled the 1987 strike, he poorly handled the McMahon/Flutie situation, he was a clown of a coach after showing great promise early in his career.

The fact the 1985 Bears, with that amazing talent, never even got back to the Super Bowl and were blown out in two of the three following HOME playoff games inidcates a serious issue at the time.

This White Sox team stinks...the Bears didn't stink. Big difference.

LOL! What a bombshell that was.
