Zambrano is young and he's been a horse. Any team would love to have him in their rotation. Some team will pay big bucks to have him.

I'd still kill for this guy to end up on the White Sox.

We'll agree to the money with him but not sign him due to a NTC. If we won't give Buehrle 4/56 because he wants a NTC, don't even dream of this guy being near our ballpark 81 times a year.

He should get Zito money if he wants it. He's also a better pitcher than Zito but unfortunately for Zambrano, Zito's performance this season may scare teams away from giving him quite that fact of a contract.

 

Still, Carlos could very well get the largest contract in baseball history (given to a pitcher).
