CWSGuy406
QUOTE(Texsox @ Nov 5, 2007 -> 04:44 PM) Please reread my post. That may clarify it for you. I got your PM, we're okay. I reacted that way because my post was the one quoted.
RME JICO
From the Merkin mailbag: I really don't believe Anderson will be with the White Sox in 2008, and a change of scenery might be good for all involved. Both Anderson and Milwaukee center fielder/shortstop Bill Hall are represented by Terry Bross, so maybe there's the seed for a trade right there. http://chicago.whitesox.mlb.com/news/artic...sp&c_id=cws
bigruss
QUOTE(RME JICO @ Nov 5, 2007 -> 08:05 PM) From the Merkin mailbag: http://chicago.whitesox.mlb.com/news/artic...sp&c_id=cws I wouldnt give too much more than Anderson for Hall, maybe a c prospect or so, since our system is so bare and we need to add to it not trade away the few pieces we have
Balta1701
QUOTE(bigruss22 @ Nov 5, 2007 -> 05:48 PM) I wouldnt give too much more than Anderson for Hall, maybe a c prospect or so, since our system is so bare and we need to add to it not trade away the few pieces we have It would be a deal that would fit both teams. The Brewers pick up some points on defense in the OF, maybe get some cover for if they want to move Braun into LF rapidly, and dump most of Hall's contract. The problem of course...that Tony Gwynn kid might well do for the Brewers exactly the job Anderson would do.

Anderson and Gwynn could platoon at CF. 2 x Anderson 2006/2 = Anderson 2006 = Anderson + Gwynn platoon 2008
