Hawk supposedly said the trade would "blow our socks off" on The Score, a Chicago sports radio station.

I believe Hawk or someone in the White Sox Organization did say it because they mentioned it on AM 1000 during yesterday's show from Cog Hill.

Hawk mentioned it on the score,wed. afternoon.He said there was one more trade that would "blow your mind".When pressed,he wouldn't elaborate nor give any hints.Thus,the score started running with it and people were calling in speculating what kind of trades would "blow our minds".

Getting Wells back is pretty mind-blowing.

With Dauby & Everett now, Koney's a luxury.

 

I'm not convinced Ev can play CF on a contending team.

If that's the case, we've got real problems with a hot Thomas & Dauby competing with Ev & Koney for 1B & DH.

 

I'm not moving the web gem Lee from LF.

He's our future provided his new contract features a weight clauses

Im sure that if we let Heather spend her winters with him.....he'd be in pretty good shape with all the ecercise she'd give him.... like Mike said last night on SnR I bet she could suck a golfball thru a garden hose.
