4/26 Doubleheader Thread: Sox vs Orioles CSN, WGN

Danks is looking really good!

and on another note, those lineups you guys are putting up are making me feel sick. They also make me sorta glad I was out of the country for a good part of last season, haha.

It would be nice if Sox could find a way to get Fields into their lefty lineup.

Owens

Fields

AJ

Konerko

Erstad

Podsednik AT DH

Uribe

Cintron

Thank God Danks pitches for us. If he pitched for any other team in the AL, he would be owning us this year.

He's from Oakland....those guys don't have a good history of holding up once they're away from there.

Yes, that is why I'm worried.

Burres looks great so far. Sox hitters aren't hitting the ball with any authority. It's a battle of which pitcher loses their command first.

Any day the offense wants to get their head out of their rears would be okay by me. When walker gets his check, I wonder if he wears a mask.

please don't let this resemble the game against baltimore where Floyd carried the no-no late into the game, danks looks unhittable right now but we have 0 f***ing runs...

No plan, no energy = no production

The bat speed is terrible (this has been ongoing since the 18 inning win against Boston in 2006).

2 plus innings, 7 runs.

This is Uribe's fault!!!

his offspeed stuff looks great right now...and hes spotting his fastball....if he can do that for his career he will basically be andy pettitte

Well, he is our worst hitter, and has shown nothing to suggest he's going to turn it around. However, as Ozzie said, he's sucked for a majority of his 5 seasons here, so we can't really complain.

Cabrera continues to underwhelm me in the field

The fact that our two starters today are on the banner today makes me miss our daily banners with the starter for that day.

Also, I am in crazy manlove with John Danks right now.

Yeah jeez. I just woke up figuring I'd missed a third of the game. Oh well. I like what I see pitching wise. LET'S GO QUENTIN!

I hate our TV announcers on deep fly balls.

I'm surprised I didn't hear STRETCH...STRETCH!

Farmer thought it was gone as well. He apologized to the listeners.

Have the Sox even hit a ball to the opposite field today? This is embarrassing.

Man, this is gonna be a tough year for the Cy Young. So many contenders! We've seen like, what, 6 in a row now?
