They ended up getting the guy out at home after throwing to first, having the guy safe at 2nd, then Uribe threw home flat footed and got him.

How is any of that Wasserman's fault? Granted, I know he hasn't been great but he did what needed to be done there to get out of the inning. Konerko just decided to his best Cecil Fielder (?) (insert random bad defensive 1st baseman here) impression.
