Am I missing something? Oh yeah he did. Thats Phils deal, he cries about the refs all the time, he did it when the Bulls had him definitely. He was called out for it repeatedly when the Hack a shaq defense came to be, because of how hypocritical it was of him to foul the other teams best player and complain about his own best player getting fouled.
