That's right I went there... OK so maybe not an ace, but it took real guts to do what he did last night. How many guys after a death in the family would offer to take the ball early for their team and then procede to shutdown one of the best offenses in baseball for seven innings? Mark Buehrle is one of my all time favorite White Sox, and a night like last night shows exactly why

Here's to you Mark :notworthy :headbang

For real. I'd hate to think where we'd be without him. Correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't he lead the league in quality starts?

When his cutter is on, he is almost untouchable. Pitching over that leadoff triple with no outs, and not letting the run score was nothing but guts and guile. And he sawed off every batter, no strikeouts, just straight up sawdust

If MB continues his consistency and he plays out his contract, his spot on the concourse is waiting.

The guys is just an absolute gamer. He shows up and plays to the best of his ability every game. When he's off, he doesn't seem to let it bother him that much, and he eventually figures it out. I love this man! :P

the way he raced over to that grounder on the right side keeping the runner on third was some heads up baseball. He is certainly our ace.

The decline and fall of Mark Buehrle I believe that was, started by 1 infamous poster named C.Rector.
