Staying at the Hyatt, any recommendation on what to do/eat/enjoy?

Road to Hana, and drive all the way around. It's pretty cool to go from a rainforest on one side of the mountain to dry volcanic fields on the other.

anyone have anything else, as I leave tomorrow.

Lahaina area is nice and has lots of shopping and restaurants. Lots of snorkeling or scuba diving boat tours all over the island. The aquarium there is really nice, too. I didn't do any helicopter tours or sport fishing, but I wish I had.

No suggestions on anything to do, sadly, since the last time i was in Hawaii I was three years old.

I dont know if you had that in your plans but amend that onto your list if needed.

It works like a charm.

Go snorkling at the very least. But DO NOT ride at the front of the boat, I learned that the hard way. I was actually wetter on the ride back to the island than I was in the water :-P.
