What's the solution? Underperforming Fields, Uribe who everyone has apparently absolved after nonstop absolutely hating, or an All-Star?

EDIT: yes that last word was meant to madden all, but the point stands.

Uribe.

Historically he's very good in September.

Oh my Jermaine.

That was a hell of a catch.

Uribe.

Let me propose this. Crede's range on diving plays is a more helpful trait than anything Uribe provides. Offense or Defense.

If Joe didn't keep botching the easy plays and easy throws, I might agree.

False...Uribe's ability to make routine plays is a more helpful trait than anything Crede provides.

Let me propose this. Some of those plays Joe is diving on Juan was making without the diving.

I just think Uribe can read the ball off the bat a bit better than Joe can, which gives him better jumps

Defense aside, the Sox need to start getting some offensive production from the 3rd base position.

Good to see Javy put a hitter away with a pitch off the plate in.

would be nice to get alexei into scoring position

Crede just look ridiculous at the plate. Why couldn't he have just stayed on the freaking DL?

Agreed. He looked lost and his bat speed is non-existent right now.

this team is funny.

Now 1-10 w/ a single and a K. He also has 1 official and 1 unofficial error since returning from the DL.

big game havee

Ortiz lookin like Crede at the dish.

BTW I hate Boston and their s*** hole stadium and fans.

Pretty slick curveball from Javy there. Nice job.

Javy's stuff looks sharp tonight, lets hope his mentality is good as well.

A couple nasty ass K's right there for Javy. He looks GOOD tonight.

A 2-seamer tailin in right now would be good.

Well he definitely did a fine job of pitching over that double.

Javy has his best offspeed stuff of the season. Time for the offense to get runs...Dick-K is giving us plenty of hittable fastballs.

such a weird feeling being a fan of this team and watching a strikeout pitcher. starting.
