Isn't it $500,000 for him making the team out of ST, and an additional $500,000 that he can make in incentives? I seem to recall that being part of it, and he'll certainly achieve those incentives if he has even a mediocre 2nd half. Either way, $1M for a pitcher that's done as well as Esteban has is an absolute steal.

July 15, 200322 yr You know what's a f***ing travesty? Eddie Guardado being there. Guardado has sucked big time this year. Don't let his stats fool you. He and Hawkins have b****ed about their contracts and the fact that Terry Ryan will not make extend their contracts or something like that. Ever since those two did that, the Twins have been losing. Hunter should be there just for his defense, let alone that fact that his numbers are very similar to those of Carl Everett.
