Anyone else notice Juan Uribe was about 15-20 lbs lighter in 2005?He packed on some lbs since then.

But look how much heavier AJ was. He really got himself into great shape in 2008.

"I don't think that taste is there."

Wow.

Wow.

He says it literally as the pitch that would end the game is being delivered. You couldn't time it better if you tried, it's amazing.

LOL, and now we get "Don't stop believin'" playing in the Super Bowl pregame.

We still had it first!

LOL Patrick and Olbermann just gave a reason why the song would be the most downloaded in ITunes history. Patrick's answer? "The 2005 White Sox"!.

What the hell, the rebroadcast of game 2 has no commentator audio, just as well,McCarver is annoying as f***.

For Christmas, I got the World Series DVDs.

Yesterday, I was able to watch games 1-3. man... the memories!

By the way... Jenks or Crede were the MVP... not Dye.

Jenks had a blown save...partially because of Pods' crappy arm. But still, you can't fault them for picking Dye.

I have that DVD also, but DVD or the MLB channel----it was fun. I am ready for the season to start

Oh, I'm not saying he wasnt a good choice.

But Jenks pitched very well in games 1,2, and 4. And Crede was masterful on the field and had a few good hits.

He gave up 2 hits and 2 runs in 2/3 of an inning in game 2. How is that "very well"?

just reading it sends chills down my spine. I still do this day can't believe that ball left the yard...I was sure it was going to land on the warning track with Pods ending up on 3rd. Just eerie.

I didn't stand until after the ball had cleared the fence. I thought for sure it was a triple - glad I was wrong. :gosox3:

First thing I yelled off the bat was "Get three!" I screamed when it cleared the fence and did a little jig in my living room.

Jermaine Dye had a line of .438/.500/.688 and knocked in the only run in the clincher

Joe Crede had a line of .294/.333/.706 and had a better ALCS than WS
