July 19, 200322 yr Guys help me with this one. Im listening to their song "minerva". Its a GREAT song. My question is, these guys sound new and young as hell but the group name sounds old school as HELL. Any help...................?

For those in the Chicagoland area, the DefTones are regulars on Q101 and goddamn..... is there some s***ty f***ing music played on that station. DefTones, on Q101, are heads and tails above most of the s*** played on that station. And Bmr..... "Minerva" is a good tune.

July 19, 200322 yr I'm a big fan of the Deftones. I have 3 cds...the last one that has minerva i dont have it. But i will get one. Their first CD came in 1995 and it's called Adrenaline and IMO is the best one, 7 words rules. The second one is Around the Fur, and this CD has a music with Max Cavalera, Headup it's the name of the song, that music is sick. And the third one is White Pony, they have one song wiith TOOL. Deftones is my favourite band! I went to their show in Rio de Janeiro in 2001 in Rock in Rio. It was hell of a show. Deftones
