We can't come close to beating a real team like Toronto.

Yes, last year was a success. We took a team that had no business competing and beat our rivals for the AL Central crown. Last year has nothing to do with this year, which is shaping up to be a disaster in virtually every aspect. I told myself I was going to give this team until the end of May to declare this season a failure, but that's hard to do with the way they're playing. Trying to stay optimistic by saying its a rough patch, but they're really showing it's a rough season.

Yes...it was successful. You play the season to make the playoffs, and you go from there. Thus, it was successful...END OF STORY!

KW really should be on the phone with the Giants and Mets trying to get rid of Konerko. The Giants 1B situation is terrible, and Delgado's out for a long time.

Last year was a good, successful year. How can anybody argue that? I can see what they were trying to do this year, mix high paid vets with low paid young talent. The young talent can't hit and in the case of Floyd, pitch, while the vets haven't been miserable but are not producing a lot of runs.
