It happened, he finally ran into a fastball.

2-2. Still not having much confidence with the way our pen has been the last 2-3 weeks. At least we're still in the game, the first inning looked like it could be a knockout punch to the solar plexus.

How did he hurt his foot again? Limping? On swing or running?

This is all kinds of bad

Carlos is really moving well in Left.

you jinxed him!!!

Welcome back, Carlos Quentin.

Most ironic post ever.

why does he always hurt himself on an extra base hit?

well it was nice seeing you for a week Q.

I guess that whole 'injury prone' talk from Arizona about CQ is really starting to ring true this year.

Please shut CQ down. No reason to risk anything worse with his foot. We are not going anywhere this year, please just let him get healthy.

Nice Bomb CQ but F, this sucks. He doesn't look comfortable at all. I smell a DL stint coming real soon.

It's crazy, he hustles in the field like nothing ever happened and then comes to bat hits one, and is hurt.

Castro must have learned that pull hook on the outside pitch from somewhere, lol...maybe BA?

Go Get us a new outfielder Kenny

Get ready for an Adam Dunn trade.

Tie game. Keep it that way, Count.

Quentin staying in.

I think I'd rather see AJ in LF than D. Wise at this point.

Seems Pods...Ramirez....Dye, all slumping at the same time, and Konerko's cooled off quite a bit, too.

is it cool to start saying pods blows again? no?

$130 picture bat?

This year's Erstad, Daubach or Mackowiak, undoubtedly.

Armando Rios, anyone?

Mackowiak gets a bad rap, he shouldn't be compared with Erstad. Mackowiak could play, he just couldn't field worth a s***.

Tough inning coming up for Jose with the top of the order...

My people are there, and they are texting me.

Restovich is clobbering the ball in AAA, so he could be an adequate player in LF for Q. There just is no reason to risk long-term injury to Quentin, when this year is looking so bleak.

He picked a bad series to struggle, but everytime you think he's hitting the wall, he'll have a 3-3 with 2 walks game.

It would be nice if Gordon could make that play.

Beckham was playing in. Suspecting the bunt, i imagine.
