Nice I just remembered that I have to give a presentation on an article. Luckily, it only is a short 5 minute one.

Only 24 hours until the worst school week of my semester is over... It has been miserable. I'm drinking heavily once I get out of my 20 minute presentation to real venture capitalists (on my fake computer company) tomorrow that's worth 25% of my grade.

Probably should give them the old Gordon Gecko "Greed is Good" speech from Wall Street. Take pulls off a bottle of Jim Beam after every slide for added effect. Guarantee you'll stand out from your classmates.

Very sad was the demise of Phil Lynott.

Well, they tried to carry on with John Sykes singing, but it obviously wasn't even close to the same.

XI people in total have played in Thin Lizzy as official members, not including the one-shot deals where folks like Bob Geldof stood in.

You realize the Boomtown Rats were an underrated band saddled by their one hit, which was in no way indicative of their sound.

Zany bunch of guys from Dún Laoghaire, which I have been to since that's where the Hollyhead ferry comes over from Wales. The Martello Tower in nearby Sandycove was the setting for the opening of Joyce's Ulysses withing which we first meet Leo Bloom and portly state Buck Mulligan.
