Anyone have his pitch count?

It’s hard to believe that Gavin Floyd is effectively our #1 starter, right now. God bless, Don Cooper.

KW got floyd for freddy and now we have them both and freddy looking solid for a #5,lol

guys, this season ain't over...all we need to do is shave 2 or 3 games by the time we play the tigers 6 times in 9 games,it could be done

Last year he hit .291, ops of 778. So its only been this year hes been really struggling.

The other number to look at for a player in Toronto is OPS+, since that's a major pitcher's park. His OPS+ was above 120 for 06 and 07, his OPS+ was 110 last year, and this year it's below 100 (100 being an average player).

The trend line is troublesome, but typically players don't hit their peak at 25-26 years old and then decline rapidly without some sort of chemical enhancement.

i've been impressed by getzy lately

Don't neglect the Twinkies either.

Balta the main reason for the change in his ops were a few home runs (he had more doubles last year) and he had more walks the year before.

The point was in regards to wanting Pods bat over Rios bat.

Even before today, he's hitting .321 with an .816 OPS in the 2nd half and is 7/8 steals there.

i send floyd to pitch the 9th,he hasn't had many stressfull innings, let him finish it,Oz!

be good bobby

Wish we could of had Gavin finish it off, but Jenksy does need to get some work in.

i remember when gavin first got here,he sometimes looked confused on the mound, nowadays he looks like our ace,he just breams with confidence

He Gawn.

He GAWN and TWO DOWN.
