November 5, 200916 yr They're not going to let Bay walk just to give Hermidia a spot. They'll let him walk if the Yankees offer him $180/8, but they're not going to let him walk for this guy. The Red Sox always like to have a deep OF, esp with Drew out there who is Mr. Glass. Baldelli was a similar player this year.
November 5, 200916 yr I think the Blue Jays are going to pull out the red carpet for Bay. They need to generate some interest, bringing in a native son who is also a pretty damn good player would go a long ways towards that. But Balta you are right, the BoSox and possibly the Yankees(depending on what happens with Holliday) are probably going to make a pretty strong pass at Bay
