Steve9347
Hey Soxtalkers, If anyone out there is using a program to record demos, please post the name of it in here. There's so much s***ty freeware out there, it's nearly impossible to research. I need to be able to record what I'm doing with our software as well as audio. Being able to add graphics/text to it would be a bonus. I'm not looking for freeware, we don't mind spending a little cash. Thanks.
southsider2k5
Are you looking for an audio mixing program? The station I broadcast for uses Adobe Audition 1.5.
Steve9347
QUOTE (southsider2k5 @ Jan 7, 2010 -> 11:44 AM) Are you looking for an audio mixing program? The station I broadcast for uses Adobe Audition 1.5. Nothing that crazy. Something where I can record my actions on screen while speaking, and then edit down afterwards. I was using webex to do this, but the quality is a little s***tier than I'd hoped.
Steve9347
Basically, my company sells a software product. I want to demonstrate what it does while speaking, and add text over it. You'd think itd be easier to find said program.
FlaSoxxJim
Have you given Jing a shot? Sounds like it will fit the bill. I use it for desktop event recording and haven't captured audio but I know it will let you.

southsideirish71
Our company has used Camtasia for a while for demo's and user education. Same people who bring Jing to the table. I believe there is a Jing pro that has more features a well.
