I still think they should have made it a white out instead. White really "pops". The black is barely noticeable on tv.

I thought the black looked amazing on tv. Plus white would mess with the fielders and picking up the ball I believe.

Your just racist.

I love the blackout, and I hope it becomes a staple at all home games. Would it lose its luster? Yes. But it would also be remembered that it came from one of the best games in White Sox history, game 163.

You couldn't do it at all home games, because nobody wants to wear black when it's 90 degrees. Also, unless it's a sellout, it would look dumb. Like I said, Game 163 was a special, one-time thing. Trying to duplicate that is a bad move. Especially on opening day. Wear what you want.

if u could get everyone to do it like how everyone wears Orange at Illini games then it would be awesome but I dont see it catching on.

They did it in a day for the play in game.

But that was essentially a playoff game. Everybody jumped on the bandwagon. I don't see the same result for a Monday home game in April. Even if it is opening day.

This feels a little forced Kenny. Only move of yours I've ever disagreed with.

God damn it. It's taking too long for the season to start. What the f***, man? Seriously.

Don't mean to rain on everyone's parade but it looks like rain on OD.
