Gordo might see a few fastballs this year with Pierre on base, and he probably will enjoy CQ protecting him in the lineup as well.

I was really pleased to see Beckham's aggressive swing with Pierre running. Iguchi always struggled to swing aggressively with Pods in motion.

Danks leaving a lot of stuff up today. I know in pregame they were talking about Johnny going 5. We'll see.

That's what it's like the first 3 weeks of spring games, pitchers are still trying to find the feel for their pitches and release point and breaking balls tend to flatten out, a lot of pitches will be left up in the zone to wail on. Hitters have a huge advantage right now.

Either way, Santos is scheduled to pitch today and I'd love to see him

I wanted to see Rios too, but I guess that's not gonna happen.

Can we please make "Bacon" a filtered word on this site? Let's just call him Beckham or Gordon or Gordo.

Wow.

Awful.

Haven't followed ST for a week, but is Teahen still hitting in the .100 range?

Cool beans team, cool beans.

Bases loaded, no one out, we get two comebackers and a line out... Midseason form I tell ya...

second baseman for the Sox # 15 hits it to short and Shawon Dunston Jr.(no idea who they guy really is) throws a grenade to first. #15 moves into second on the error..(Is that better Fathom?)
