The opening scene of Irreversible when the guy's head gets bashed in with a fire extinguisher.

Oh and the pretty much any gory scene in Antichrist.

In the movie Suspiria there is a scene with a girl being dropped through a glass ceiling. Its really awful.

 

The scene in Hostel where the dude uses a blowtorch.

When I was young I was creeped out by the last scene in the Creepshow movie where all of the roaches came out of that dude's body. There must have been billions of roaches that came out of him.

 

I'm sure if I saw it now the special effects would look hokey.

The scene in Saving Private Ryan where the American soldier is slowly stabbed to death by the German who was calmly telling him it would be OK in German.

Yeah that was bone chilling.

The scene in Shortbus that begins at the opening credits and ends at the closing credits. I still get nightmares.

It's not a horror flick, but I still have trouble watching Gary Cooper making his farewell speech in Yankee Stadium when he played Lou Gehrig in "Pride Of The Yankees".

Hey what can I say! I guess that everyone has a wimp side to them somewhere inside!

The Hillbilly scene from "Deliverance" My step son has this TShirt that made me crack up thinking of that movie...

That's a tough one, yes.

 

The one scene from a movie that I can't/won't watch is the paper cut stuff from Jackass. I heard about it before I saw it, figured out what was about to happen before they did anything, and didn't watch. To this day, I will not watch that scene.

Saw when the killer gets up at the end of the movie. Freaked me out.
