I've watched this team since 1960 and this is one of the worst offenses I've seen them have.

So that is no random thought.

This team fails in many aspects offensively.

They may be more physically gifted but they don't execute well.

They don't have a game plan as to how to approach different pitchers.

No matter what happens in the next few days, the Sox gave me a better season than I thought wed get.

 

Yes and no...there were definitely some great memories from the incredible run. However, there's been enough bad happen that people need to be held accountable. We're not exactly a team built for the next few seasons with the likely departure of Danks, Konerko being 50/50, Peavy's difficult rehab, and a bullpen with only 2 guys you can project (Santos/Thornton)

At least after this week is over there's only one other game that will matter this year, the game on 8/29. I can get on with my life.
