September 1, 201015 yr I was right about Escobar and Phegley being promoted so they could be in the AFL. That's a decent group, 4-5 prospects.
September 1, 201015 yr I'm excited about the hitters we're sending. I thought the limit was 6 though? Guess not. If anyone hears anything about who we're sending to the "Junior AFL" that'd be great to hear too.
September 1, 201015 yr I think Mabee and Lowe fall into the "let's see if they are really prospects or not" category. There are always a couple of those types sent. The rest are real prospects who either need more field time, and/or the Sox want to see (and show other teams) how they do against high end prospect competition. Anyone know if they are doing that secondary, younger level AFL thing this year?
