Crap, an irresponsible dog owner, who allowed his dog to bark all night, kept me from getting my beauty rest.

Dogs need good owners who can train responsibly.

Fools around my apt. have no control over their dogs. Constantly barking at all hours. As far as we can tell, their choice of discipline is violence. It saddens us.
