Gerardo...Mother F'ing...Parra!!!!!!

Its March 10th. Don't get overly excited or pissed off at performances in spring training especially this early. Its meaningless.

 

I know, but when it comes to a young player that's pretty much been handed the job, I'd like to see him get his knocks. He's got three weeks, so I'm not overly concerned. I just don't want to see Teahen playing there opening day.

Surprised Sale went 2.1 innings. I think Thornton's got first crack at closer. They'll probably be announcing that soon.

I'm guessing they want to put some innings on him, so that if they want to make him a starter in '12, they still can.
