Just heard that today was the smallest crowd ever at Progressive Field, 9853.

 

That's a shame, too. They've got some really nice players. Yeah, they're not going to compete for a division title anytime soon. But certainly not so bad that there should be less than 10 grand for the second home game of the year.

I haven't felt this good about our offense in quite some time. Ima go out and say we won't see many finesse pitchers (esp. left handers) shutting us down this year or many shutouts other than the King Felix aces of the world.

With Motley Crue's "Dr. Feelgood" thumping from the stereo, Omar Vizquel squeezed into a pair of tight leather pants, prompting Paul Konerko to ask Chicago's shortstop if he stole them from the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

Clevelands fan base is the ultimate in fairweather fans.

This was our 5th or 6th win in a row in Cleveland....let's keep it going. Can't afford to let up and give away those series sweeps that mean so much when we're playing higher competition and hoping for splits. Especially since this series is on the road and helps set the tone for a "hot" April hopefully.
