Why Seattle keeps running Felix back out when he's already over 100 pitches is beyond me. Did they learn nothing from Dusty Baker's idiocy?

In 2008, King Felix went over 100 pitches in 22 of his starts. In 2009, over 100 pitches in 30 starts. In 2010, over 100 pitches in 29 starts. He's had 14 starts this year and gone over 100 pitches in 12.

 

I think he's well past the "Be careful and develop him" phase. Pitch him.

A's hit the ball pretty hard that inning.
