Offense really hasn't been the problem here. Bulls shooting 43% on the game, giving up 43%, difference is entirely free throws. Stats are really balanced...usually the Bulls can just hold better than this on D.

In terms of whether you want a faced paced game or slow paced. Sure the Bulls have struggled in half court, but speeding it up will get them killed. Thus if you are better than the other team at something you want to keep going to it, even if you are struggling.
