That had to have hit right off the top of one of the bars that hold the OF fence up. Wicked hop.

Never thought I'd see that, an AJ Pierzynski inside-the-park home run.

 

Hit off the top of the CF fence and somehow ricocheted about 30 yards off to the right of Chris Young.

 

Wasn't really all that close at home plate.

That was a total blast! AJ said after the game that Blum told him "Ya gotta go for it, Tubby". In all my years I don't think I've ever seen an inside the park homer in person. Who'd ever think they would see one from AJ?
