Sox could use a rubber armed reliever. Doyle deserves a shot.

Take Doyle over Stewart right now. I only feel confident if the Sox are up 10 or down 10 when Stewart is in.

Castro must have Javy Vazquez Syndrome. Got to the 6th, and fell apart.

Giving Doyle a shot would demonstrate to the minor leaguers that even players who have been unprotected or weren't considered top prospects would get their shots eventually if they performed well.

Stewart, since we acquired him, really hasn't been able to justify or defend his presence on our roster.

Whether it's Doyle or Bruney, one of those guys deserves another shot for being persistent and resilient and not giving up in the face of high odds against them making it to the White Sox 25 man.

Doyle? Fine. Bruney? No. Just... No. He had a shot last year and proved he can't get big leaguers out. AAAA all the way.

This. Seen enough of Bruney, wouldn't mind a look at Doyle.

Remenowsky's been pretty filthy in B-Ham this year: 1.95 ERA, 0.83 WHIP, .138 AvgA, 9.8 K/9, 3.2 BB/9, 3:1 K:BB. Time to give him another shot at AAA, see if last year's performance up there was a result of the big increase in innings (39.1 IP in 2010 until injury, then when up to 67.1 in 2011).
